Do you have a group, such as a school, mothers group or community group, you know would benefit from an information session or applying for a role? I offer three (3) levels of workshops for your group:

Not only do we help businesses through the recruitment process, Emerald HQ actually began as a resume writing business, supporting job seekers through the recruitment process. This isn't our primary service anymore, but we still love to support job seekers, particular women seeking a return to work or change in career who are struggling to break in.
We don't do as much of the hands-on support, but we do offer a 60 minute 1:1 session to deep dive on your job seeking journey. So if you're staring at your resume wondering if it’s total crap or just needs a polish - this is for you.
Book 60 minutes with me and let’s cut through the noise. This is your chance to get real-time, honest feedback on anything job-hunting related, like:
- Your resume or cover letter (let’s pull it apart and rebuild it together)
- Where to find roles
- Tips to actually stand out in a sea of generic applications
- What to say when recruiters ask things like “tell me about yourself”
- Your job-seeking strategy (or lack of one - no judgement)
At the end of the session, you’ll have clear next steps, actual edits you can use, and maybe even the confidence to stop ghosting Seek and actually hit submit.

When we have capacity, we can also support with hands-on resume and cover letter writing.
As a recruiter, so often I would see applications get declined or at least have the applicants judged based on small mistakes. For example, a job advert has asked for a high attention to detail, but the job seeker hasn't checked their formatting, grammar and punctuation. Or a job advert has asked for 5 years experience in a particular field, but the candidates' resume is unclear on their employment history in how long they have been working for.
Our aim is to help job seekers through the recruitment process to get their applications really considered. We provide documents that are high quality and simple for the reader to review, allowing your skills and experience to SHINE.
